This is a Windsor Industries PowerTec scrubber. This floor scrubber utilizes a 36V system and batteries may require replacement. There is damage to the top cover and it also looks like the scrubber pad is missing.Item is being sold "as is".
Hours meter reads 64 hrs but we cannot verify this.
