Description: This is a 1986 Ford 1 Ton Crew Cab with a 6.9L Diesel engine. This was used by the AG department of a High School in Central California. It has a lot of exterior bumps and bruises including some dents scratches and rust. The Front Driver's side tire is damaged and needs to be replaced before you drive this truck. The interior is in much better condition with good seats, however the interior does have significant soiling. We also observed a distinct "animal smell" in the interior. One window (drivers side behind driver) is missing. There is a cage placed in the bed that was used for transporting Sheep and goats. There is also a 5th Wheel connection. We noticed water leaking into the front floorboard on the passenger side (Heater core problems ?). In order to get it started the school staff had to open the hood and hot wire the GLOW plugs to warm them up. It was an easy process, about 20 seconds to complete. The glow plug switch in the cab is not operational. It started right up.
