Description:
This is a 24' x 40' Portable Classroom. The Building is easily accessible for your moving equipment. The building is setting on Green Board and piers. There are no axles or tires. Unknown manufacturer, unknown age. No certification tag is present. The interior has been wood framed over original walls and textured sheet-rock (drywall) added. The lighting fixtures have been removed from the larger of the two rooms (lighting still remains in small room). Originally, this was one large room, but a wall was built to create two rooms. Outside on top there is a Steel beam that connects the two sides of the building together. The roof is rather flat with a limited snow capacity. HVAC system included. Needs to be removed by Aug. 13th.
